All our products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped so we don’t expect any issues with your purchase however, we realize there may be times when you are not satisfied or an item is faulty.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method, exchange it for another product or request a store credit (valid for 12 months), less any shipping charges.
Our products are in high demand and many are one-of-a-kind so we may not be able to offer an exact exchange if the item is defective or damaged. However, we will gladly work with you to select another product or issue a store credit.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- CLEARANCE & FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, unless faulty or defective.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes shipping costs from shipper to sender and vice versa. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping our original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. If your package generates custom taxes upon return, these costs will also be deducted from your refund.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be in the condition they were received.
- Returned items must have NO visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Indicate your order number, product(s) you’d like to return and reason for return. We will respond to your return/exchange request within 48 hours.
- If you are requesting a refund we will send you a prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with our approval or denial.
- A refund, store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return, less any shipping charges. We will email you a confirmation.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us via email at email@example.com, within 24 hours. We require photos of the damages and note if the damages appear to be carrier related.
