Return Policy

If you are looking to return or exchange items, for whatever reason, we are here to help!  Many of our items are one-of-a-kind so we may not be able to offer an exact exchange.  However, we will gladly work with you to select another item or issue a store credit.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Please try on all clothing, shoes and accessories to be sure of fit and size.  Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Returned items must be unworn with original tags intact.  

ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.  Returned items must have tags intact and be in the condition they were received with no visible signs of wear or use.  Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes shipping costs from shipper to sender and vice versa. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping our original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Go to our “Contact Us” page on our website stracciorico.com.
  2. Indicate your order number, product(s) you’d like to return and reason for return.  We will respond to your return/exchange request within 48 hours.  
  3. Upon approval, mail your return to: Straccio Rico, 1405 Ben Sawyer Blvd., Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, 29464.  Please mark “RETURN” on the outside of the package. 
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email, indicating if we accept your return for store credit or exchange.
  5. Your store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return, less any shipping charges. We will email you a confirmation.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us via email at contact@stracciobags.com, within 24 hours. We require photos of the damages and note if the damages appear to be carrier related.
