How do we give back?
The Wayuu indigenous tribe live in the middle of the Guajira desert. Therefore, there is no tourism, and they are trying to sell amongst themselves. 

Our job is to bring their art from outside their small villages and sell to a bigger audience, such as yourself. Ultimately, the more bags we are able to sell, the more money they are able to make. This provides our artisans with a consistent income.

Additionally, for every bag sold, a portion of each sale is set aside to reach a goal set by our artisans. This could include a water filtration system, solar panels, washing machine, basic necessities etc.
How do I wash my Wayuu Mochila bag?
1. Turn your bag inside out and wash on a delicate cycle. YES, you can use laundry detergent.

2. Remove from washer and smooth out tassels using a brush or comb. This is will keep the tassel strands from curling. Trim any tassel strands that may have come loose with sharp scissors.

3. Dry your bag indoors or outdoors. Our bags are made in the desert and the yarn is resistant to fading. Just don't keep it in direct sunlight for long, extended periods of time. 

Your bag will be dry and ready to use withing 24-48 hours.
What is your return policy?
ONLINE RETURN POLICY - We want you to love your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must have tags intact and be in the condition they were received with no visible signs of wear or use. Items may be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

 IN-STORE RETURN POLICY - Please try on all clothing, shoes, and accessories to be sure of fit and size. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Returned items must be unworn with original tags intact. 

PRE ORDER POLICY - Pre Orders are made to order, therefore SALES ARE FINAL.

How do I start a return?
Simply write to us at contact@stracciorico.com indicating your first name, order number, what you will be returning, and the reason for your return. 

 We do not cover return shipping cost; however, we will be happy to email you a return label and deduct the amount from your current return.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to cancel or make changes. 

Please email contact@stracciorico as soon as you are aware you need changes made.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100 within the United States. 
All orders under $100 have a flat rate of $3.95 within the United States. 

Free shipping is offered on international orders that are over $300. Our flat rate international shipping rate is $19.99.
Do you ship to my country?
YES, we can ship to anywhere in the world.
